Friends to addicts are committed to help individuals, communities and families achieve freedom from addiction. All this by finding JESUS first.

Friends to addicts started when it was noticed by the founder that when he himself came from rehabilitation that there was a lack of support for people after rehab and also no support for those seeking counseling , rehabilitation , guidance and just basic support or information . Support groups was established in Northam , Thabazimbi and Rustenburg. We then after realizing the financial shortcomings and no medical aid from majority attending groups and not able to afford rehabilitation that we need to open a facility to assist in catering for those.

We walk alongside our clients on their journey; understanding their past and working together to build a new future – transforming lives and sustaining recovery for everyone we support. We believe that trust, relationship, compassion and understanding of addiction is key to success.

Friends to addicts assist with guidance, support, rehabilitation, learning basic life skills and reintroduction back to society

Success is based on the individuals’ own choices. We learn and try to give the necessary tools to be successful in fighting addiction. If the individual does not change his lifestyle and habits then success is only short lived.We do have success for a lot who attended to our program who is currently still clean and sober and successful with restoring old broken relationships with family and loved ones, employment and still in relationship with THE ONLY HEALER, JESUS.
